Epyon Pathways is a nonprofit program helping people move forward in a world that is rapidly changing because of technology and artificial intelligence. Many hardworking people have been left behind by traditional education systems, strict degree requirements, or industries being replaced by automation.
Pathways bridges that gap by teaching practical skills and showing people how to use AI as a tool for opportunity instead of fear. Our goal is simple: help people build confidence, gain real skills, and create better opportunities for their future.

Epyon Pathways was created for people who have been overlooked or blocked by traditional systems. This includes individuals who have lost jobs due to automation, people without college degrees, those rebuilding their lives after incarceration, single parents, and anyone from underserved communities who wants to learn new skills and improve their future.

Saige leads the human support side of Epyon Pathways, helping individuals begin their journey and find the pathway that fits their goals. With both a bachelor's and master's degree in social work, along with certifications in personal training and life coaching, Saige brings years of experience helping individuals develop life skills, improve well-being, and move toward positive change.
Her work is centered on making sure people feel heard, supported, and confident as they take steps toward a better future.
A licensed CPA born and raised in Atlanta, Michael holds a BS in Management with concentrations in accounting and finance, along with a master's degree in taxation. His work focuses on building innovative systems that combine technology, education, and opportunity.
Having faced challenges and growth in his own life, he understands where many people are coming from — and that perspective drives everything Pathways does.
